Is FixQuotes free for the agency?
Yes. There is no fee for the agency or for the landlord. Contractors pay us a referral fee only when they win paid work introduced through us.
Can we use FixQuotes for some jobs and not others?
Of course. There is no commitment. Use it for the jobs where you want options, quotes you can put side by side, or a defensible audit trail, and use your own panel for the rest.
Do we have to install software or sign a contract?
No. Forward an email or paste a job into the form. There is no per-seat fee, no contract, and no integration to maintain.
Who is the contract with: us or the landlord?
The contract for the work sits between the landlord (or whoever is paying) and the contractor. FixQuotes is the introducer. The agency typically handles the introduction on the landlord’s behalf.
Can you handle higher volumes, like block management or portfolio agencies?
For higher volumes, get in touch first. We can discuss a simple forwarding workflow once the one-job-at-a-time process is working reliably.
What about audit trail for our records?
Every job has a reference number, a brief, and the set of quotes returned. Forward them into your existing inbox or CRM for a complete record; there's no integration to install or maintain.
Does FixQuotes integrate with our CRM?
We don't claim direct integrations. Quotes arrive as forwardable email summaries you can copy or forward into your existing inbox, CRM, or property management system however suits your process.
